Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering on Cdleusa European Dating (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and Cdleusa European Dating ("Cdleusa," "we," "us").

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To create an account and use Cdleusa, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years. You must be at least 18 years old to register. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Cdleusa reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Truthful and accurate information. All information you provide during registration - including your name, age, photographs, location, and relationship goals - must be truthful, current, and not misleading.
• One account per person. Each individual may maintain only one active Cdleusa account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
• Valid email address. A valid, personal email address is required for account verification, security notifications, and communication regarding your account.
• Compliance with applicable laws. You must comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Platform, including data protection regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Legal capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.

User Conduct and Community Standards

Cdleusa is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and authentic environment for all members. By using the Platform, you agree to the following standards of conduct.

You Agree To

• Treat all members with respect, dignity, and courtesy in all communications.
• Represent yourself honestly - use recent, unaltered photographs and provide accurate personal details.
• Engage in good-faith interactions with genuine intent to build meaningful connections.
• Report suspicious profiles, harassment, or any behavior that violates these Terms using the Platform's built-in reporting tools.
• Protect your account credentials and notify Cdleusa immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You Must Not

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users in any form, including via messages, video chat, or profile content.
• Create fake or misleading profiles, impersonate another person, or use deceptive photographs.
• Engage in romance scams, financial solicitation, or any fraudulent activity targeting other members.
• Post or transmit sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive content.
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes, including advertising, solicitation, or promotion of third-party services without prior written consent from Cdleusa.
• Attempt to extract personal data from other users (including email addresses, phone numbers, or financial information) for purposes outside genuine relationship building.
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any software to access, collect data from, or interact with the Platform.
• Violate any applicable law, including laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside.

Account Suspension and Termination

Cdleusa reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms or Community Standards.
• Fraudulent activity, including but not limited to romance scams, identity theft, or financial solicitation.
• Multiple reports from other users regarding inappropriate behavior.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Inactivity exceeding 24 months (dormant accounts may be removed to maintain platform quality).

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your profile, messages, and associated data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

1. Platform ownership. All content, design, branding, logos, software, and proprietary technology comprising Cdleusa are the exclusive intellectual property of Cdleusa European Dating. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
2. User-generated content. You retain ownership of all photographs, text, and other content you upload to the Platform ("User Content"). However, by uploading User Content, you grant Cdleusa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
3. Content removal. Cdleusa reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or community standards, without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cdleusa and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform. This includes, without limitation:

• Actions, behavior, or representations of other users, whether online or during in-person meetings.
• Financial losses resulting from interactions with other members.
• Emotional distress or relationship outcomes.
• Third-party services, including immigration attorneys, travel providers, or translation services referenced on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Cdleusa's total aggregate liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to Cdleusa, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Negotiation. The parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through direct communication within thirty (30) days of written notice.
2. Mediation. If negotiation fails, the parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator.
3. Binding arbitration. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Cdleusa.

Changes to These Terms

Cdleusa reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Cdleusa after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
